THE CONSULTATION; a new ballad, to the tunes of Over the
Water, &c. Jenny Dang the Weaver, and others, of equal
dignity with the metre.
A noise was heard thro' all the land,
  Too loud to pass unheeded,
That put good people to a stand
  To think whence it proceeded.
  . . . [14 lines]
Or, serjeant with a kettle drum,
  To beat for regulators.
  . . . [36 more lines, signed] D.C.
